Requirements
Pearl Talent places executive assistants with founders and had a brand book the website did not follow. The redesign had to hold corporate restraint and creative personality at once: credible enough for founders evaluating a hiring partner, distinctive enough to stand apart from generic recruitment sites.
Solutions
We rebuilt the site in line with the brand book, adding custom illustrations, animations and transitions that carry personality without undermining the professional tone. CMS collections and integrations were configured for ongoing content, and custom code handled the interactive elements.
