Requirements
The Oak Living sells apartments in Moncton's North End on the strength of the neighbourhood as much as the units. Buyers commit to a location before a floor plan, so the site had to convey the setting first, then support both sales and rental applications without confusing the two.
Solutions
We produced a Figma design and prototype aligned to the brand and target audience, then built in Webflow with a custom virtual tour viewer and an application system. CMS collections manage available units, and separate paths handle sales and rental enquiries so applicants land in the correct process.
