Requirements
Trusted Rate needed to present current listings while positioning the agent as a future rental and sales company rather than an individual operator. Those two messages pull in opposite directions, and the site had to carry both without the ambition undermining present credibility.
Solutions
We designed the site in Figma around the target audience, then built it in Webflow with CMS-managed listings for both sales and rentals. Client testimonials are positioned against the services they refer to, and booking is integrated so prospects schedule viewings directly rather than through a callback.
