HomeStart serves buyers and sellers across San Diego County, two groups with different questions arriving on the same page. The site needed to route each toward the right information, present market insight credibly, and make consultation booking straightforward without an agent chasing every enquiry.
Solutions
We developed a Webflow site from the supplied Figma design using the Client-First system, with CMS-driven listings, market statistics and success stories. Buyer and seller paths lead to distinct calls to action. The client reports a 28% increase in engagement and a 16% improvement in lead conversion.
