Booking Website Rebuild for a Luxury Rental Agency

Luxe Beach Rentals had bought a marketplace theme that had been modified directly in code. Nothing was editable by the client, the structure ignored Webflow conventions, and every change required a developer. The agency needed a working booking site within two weeks, without inheriting the same dependency again.

We rebuilt the site properly in Webflow rather than patching the theme, restoring a structure the client can edit. Work was split into prioritised increments to protect the deadline: design first, then the room booking integration, then layout refinement. The agency now manages listings and availability without developer involvement.
