Agence Kheper runs SEO for large French e-commerce brands, so their own site could not afford a ranking drop during replatforming. Their WordPress installation had become slow to update and awkward to extend. Any migration had to preserve URL structure and search visibility while delivering a design that matched the calibre of their client roster.

The homepage was redesigned from scratch, a Google Reviews integration was added to surface social proof, and CMS collections were configured so the team could publish without developer involvement.
